Although we are resuming our medical spa services soon, we do have some COVID-19 related safety modifications.
*We cannot provide steam and extractions during your visit. This protocol change will be in effect to diminish aerosolization and aligns with the best medical practices. (Please remember, we are obligated to uphold medical safety standards to a level beyond those of a non-medical spa setting).
*We cannot offer steam or extraction at this time. Additionally, due to the length of time patients safely and predictably can be without masks within the facility, we cannot apply masks (seaweed or charcoal).
*You will notice 12-14 HEPA style filtration systems running simultaneously within the office during your time with us and operating room level systems in your treatment room.
*We require a NEGATIVE COVID TEST RESULT (saliva or nasopharyngeal swab) to undergo PEELS. Tests must be performed no more than six days prior to treatment, and results must be sent to us no less than 24 hours before treatment. Responsible self-quarantine should follow any testing.
*Our peel formulations HAVE NOT CHANGED, and their effectiveness will not be compromised.
*Your appointment and service, therefore, will take approximately 25 minutes.
*Our clinical nursing staff have been trained in peel applications and will be performing your service.
*As always, our selections of medical-grade products are available to complement and enhance your peels’ performance. Our knowledgeable staff is available to help manage and support your experience.
