This young woman, diagnosed with breast cancer of her right breast, desired to wake up from bilateral mastectomy “as complete as possible”.  We decided on the bilateral latissimus flap with implant.  A very active athletic woman, she was able to return to full activity within weeks.  She is shown shortly after mastectomy and then after nipple reconstruction.
